Sandra and I meet, she shared the complete market analysis with me. Prior to meeting Sandra I meet with a couple of other brokers, Sandra was heads and shoulders above them. I signed the listing yesterday and gave her a key. I spoke with Jerry earlier in the week to let him know the property was going on the market. He was fine with that. He asked that Sandra call him a day before on his cell and I gave Sandra his number.
